How These Resources Work With Northern Lights Living
Senior LinkAge Line® and Disability Hub MN™ are independent, trusted entry points into Minnesota’s aging and disability systems. Many families use these resources before, during, or after starting in-home services.
Northern Lights Living works alongside these systems, providing direct, person-centered in-home support once services are identified and in place.
If you are unsure where to begin, these resources can help you explore options, ask questions, and better understand what support may be available to you.
