You Are Here: Your Care Map

If you recently left a clinic or hospital or just a phone call thinking the care system feels like a maze, it's not just you. Medicare, waivers, county lines, clinics, agencies, and endless paperwork were never built to be walked alone by one tired person at a kitchen table.
The confusion you feel is not a sign that you are failing as a caregiver. It is simply proof that the system is genuinely confusing. This course is an opportunity to shine a light on that confusion and discover meaningful tools and frameworks for where to start, or where to go next.
